Four simple words that hold an incredible impact. My name is Kristi Pearce-Percy, Creator of WHYB Campaign. I'm fortunate to have a strong community of WHYB Ambassadors, but that wasn't always the case.

When I was younger I was made fun of, laughed at, and I didn't have much of a voice. Then that one special day in 6th grade, someone had my BACK. That someone stood up for me, gave me the voice and confidence I needed, & started me on my journey of self love. 

 I want to pay it forward and show that when we support one another with love, empathy, & understanding all while being your authentic self - we can stand a little taller, and give that boost of confidence that could change someones life...and have someones back...
